Research Associate Vacancy Reference: 126608 Salary: Grade 7, £39,347 - £44,263 per annum.

This post is full time and has funding for up to 2 years.

The School of Mathematics & Statistics is looking to recruit a Research Associate to make a leading contribution to the project “MMP and Mirrors via Maximal Modification Algebras” (MMiMMa) working with Prof Michael Wemyss. The successful candidate will contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow. Applicants are expected to have research experience in one or more of the following areas: algebraic geometry, homological algebra, noncommutative resolutions or finite dimensional algebras.
