| The Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) is established to advance knowledge and nurture technically-grounded leaders and innovators to serve societal needs, with a focus on Design, through an integrated multi-disciplinary curriculum and multi-disciplinary research. It is one of the six autonomous universities in Singapore.
SUTD is looking for a Data Engineer to work with a team of Principal Investigators examining systemic challenges in designing next generation aviation air traffic management systems capable of handling the rapidly growing air traffic volume. Typical job responsibilities include:
1. Developing data warehouses and manipulating large data sets,
2. Supporting the data requirements of the Principal Investigators for both research and software development purposes,
3. Establishing security and accessibility processes related to data management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in this field. Experience in aviation systems is considered an advantage.
