Postdoctoral Researcher in Financial Mathematics

The School of Mathematical Sciences at Dublin City University seeks to appoint a Postdoctoral Researcher in Financial Mathematics, as part of the research project Stationary Financial Risks supported by Science Foundation Ireland. The successful candidate will conduct research in Financial Mathematics, and may contribute to teaching activities in the undergraduate and M.Sc. programs of the School, supervision of postgraduate students, service duties, and furthering links with the financial industry.

The successful candidate with possess a PhD in Mathematics or related discipline and show outstanding promise of excellence in research. An appointment at the Research Fellow level is possible for an exceptionally qualified candidate with significant postdoctoral experience and a proven record of publications in top journals.

Salary Scale:       €36,488 - €47,255 (Postdoctoral researcher)

                                €52,716 - €57,442 (Research Fellow)
