A tenure track assistant professor position commences with a temporary appointment for a period of six years and features a comprehensive review towards the end of the fifth year. A positive outcome will lead to a permanent appointment as an associate professor. When appropriate, offers at the associate level can be made directly on the basis of a permanent contract. You will be appointed in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities. The gross monthly salary at the assistant professor level is between € 3,974.- and € 6,181.- and at the associate professor level between € 5,506.- and € 7,362.-, depending on your qualifications and experience.
