Are you passionate about preparing the next generation of STEM educators? At New Uzbekistan University, we are leading innovation in education with our Bachelor of Science (BSc) in STEM Education program. We are seeking visionary faculty members with a PhD in Science Education or a PhD in Mathematics Education to join our team and inspire future Uzbek educators. 

About the Program 

Our BSc in STEM Education equips undergraduate students with the knowledge, skills, and experience to excel as educators in mathematics, science, and technology. The program bridges disciplinary expertise with advanced pedagogy and real-world applications of STEM.

    Technology and AI Pedagogies: empowers future STEM teachers to integrate AI and technology while fostering critical thinking in education. With a balance of theory, hands-on practice, and ethics, graduates become AI-literate, skilled, and adaptable to evolving classrooms.
    Mathematics in the Real World: Integrating mathematical modelling data analysis to solve real-world problems.

 We Are Hiring Faculty with the Following Qualifications: 
  • PhD in STEM Education/Mathematics Education or Science Education (Required). 
  • Demonstrated expertise in pedagogy, curriculum design, and teacher preparation for STEM subjects. 
  • Proven experience in interdisciplinary training of teachers in mathematics or science education (Required). 
  • A strong track record of research and publication in STEM education. Experience mentoring undergraduate students and developing interdisciplinary projects. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and teach innovative courses in STEM education, aligned with modern educational challenges. 
  • Supervise and mentor undergraduate students in their academic and practical teaching journeys. 
  • Conduct impactful research in areas such as STEM curriculum development, educational technology, and assessment. 
  • Foster partnerships with schools to create real-world teaching opportunities and strengthen the link between academia and practice.
