Position Description

Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Statistics:

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of South Alabama invites applications for two full-time (9-month), tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in statistics/biostatistics, starting August 15, 2024.

Applicants should possess an earned doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, or a closely related field, but ABD’s near completion of the degree will be considered. Applicants should have a strong commitment to both research and teaching.

Review of applications will begin by December 15, 2023, and will continue until the positions are filled.
