Research program title: Compressive data-driven techniques in computational mathematics. Reference number: 9002 Supervisor: Simone Brugiapaglia Program description: This post-doctoral research program is aimed at developing and analyzing innovative algorithms based on compressive sensing and deep learning for solving challenging problems in computational mathematics. Target problems include numerical methods for partial differential equations and high-dimensional approximation techniques in uncertainty quantification. The program involves interdisciplinary collaborations with researchers in the areas of computational mathematics, mathematics of data science, computational biology and engineering, at Concordia and internationally.
