Position Summary:

The Department of Mathematics at Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Professor for the 2018-2019 academic year. This anticipated position is tenure track.

The candidate would be expected to teach 9 credits of undergraduate statistics and mathematics courses each semester, maintain an active research program, and contribute to department and university service.

Strong candidates from all areas mathematics are encouraged to apply. Special consideration will be given to candidates with expertise in, or the strong potential for, research collaborations with undergraduates.

The Department of Mathematics consists of 12 full-time faculty representing diverse mathematical interests, and serves approximately 100 undergraduate majors seeking degrees in mathematics, statistics, or mathematics and education.
