Assistant Professor in Algebra or Combinatorics

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of New Brunswick Fredericton invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to commence on July 1, 2018. The Department is seeking applicants in algebra or combinatorics.

Candidates must have a doctoral degree, postdoctoral experience, and demonstrated excellence in research. Evidence of or demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels is required. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a wide range of courses in mathematics and to develop a vigorous research program with external funding.
