We are seeking a motivated individual to develop computational models to study dynamic gene regulatory networks using CRISPR and next generation sequencing data in mammalian stem cells. The fellow will be closely mentored by two PIs, Alec Wang (Biologist) and Ji-Ping Wang (Statistician). Examples of our past publications include: Cell 167 (1555-1570), Journal of American Statistical Association 109 (48-62), Molecular Cell. 55 (758-770), Nature 486 (496–501).

Applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics or related computational majors. The background in genomics or computational biology is a plus. Strong computing skills to deal with large-scale genomic data are highly desirable. Proficient communication skills in English is required.
