The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Washington University in St. Louis seeks one Post-doctoral Lecturer, whose term will begin in the fall of 2019. The initial one-year appointment is renewable for up to two additional academic years with satisfactory performance. The teaching load is two courses per semester. Applicants should demonstrate excellence in teaching and show definite promise in research. Priority will be given to candidates whose research in Algebraic Geometry and/or related areas (such as Hodge Theory, Arithmetic Geometry, and Algebraic Combinatorics) exhibits significant overlap with the interests of existing Algebra faculty.
