The Department of Mathematics at the University of Virginia invites applicants for the position of Lecturer, General Faculty, in Mathematics to begin with the 2019-2020 academic year. This is a non-tenure track teaching faculty position. The anticipated start date is August 25, 2019.

The successful candidate will teach up to 9 credit hours per semester in the Mathematics Department, provide assistance in coordinating the department's Calculus course offerings, and serve as a mentor for Mathematics GTAs. We seek someone invested in and passionate about teaching.

QUALIFCATIONS: Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics and have at least 2 years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the time of appointment.
