Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month, non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor of Mathematics faculty position in the Department of Mathematics which begins August 2019.

The Department of Mathematics in the College of Science and Mathematics at Kennesaw State University invites applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor of Mathematics, beginning in August 2019. This is a non-tenure track 9-month full-time position with the opportunity to be compensated up to 30% additional in the summer depending on demand. A major responsibility of this position is to serve as a departmental coordinator of the Learning Support program at the university. Therefore, candidates for this position must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and student success and must have experience in teaching courses that offer learning support for entry-level mathematics courses. Responsibilities will also include teaching regular courses in the undergraduate mathematics curriculum for a total teaching load of 15 credit hours per semester.

The minimum qualifications is an earned doctorate in mathematics or related field or its foreign equivalent by August 1, 2019, Degree must be from an accredited university. Ideal qualifications for this position include experiences with mathematics learning support, and a dedication and commitment to success of learning support students.
