The Department of Mathematics at National Cheng Kung University invites applicants for several tenure-track and non-tenure-track positions at all levels, beginning on August 1, 2020. All areas of pure and applied mathematics will be considered. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and a commitment to research and teaching. Applicants must also be fluent in Mandarin Chinese as lectures are usually conducted in this language. A normal teaching load consists of teaching one or two 3-hour classes each semester, depending class sizes.

A complete application includes a cover letter, a curriculum vita, recent publications, research and teaching statements, and at least three (3) letters of recommendation (with one of which commenting on applicant’s teaching experience and ability).
