The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Saskatchewan invites applications for a one-year postdoctoral position. Faculty mentor will be Dr. Juxin Liu. 

The successful candidate will work on the development of innovative statistical methods for the analysis of high-dimensional microbiome data. This work will be in collaboration with Drs. Steven Siciliano (Department of Soil Science) and Kevin Stanley (Department of Computer Science), and is supported by the Plant Phenotyping and Imaging Research Centre (P2IRC). The salary is $70,000 per year.

Applicants must have, or be close to completion of a Ph.D. in statistics or another related field. The successful candidate will also, if eligible, be nominated for a PIMS postdoc (see, which can be held concurrently.
