The Department of Mathematical Sciences (DMS) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology seeks candidates to fill a tenure-track position at the assistant or associate professor level in the areas of statistics, data science, statistical machine learning, and biostatistics. The appointment is to start in Fall 2020. The Department is particularly interested that candidates be able to teach data science courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in statistics, data science, mathematics, applied mathematics, or related discipline with strong research, funding and teaching potential for consideration at the assistant/associate professor level.
