Baylor seeks to fill the following faculty position within the College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Mathematics:

 Assistant Professor, Mathematics

This is a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor in Algebra. Applications from candidates with research overlap in related fields such as Combinatorics, Coding Theory, Set Theory and Logic, Algebraic Number Theory, Algebraic Geometry, and Representation Theory are welcome. Potential for obtaining external funding is expected. In addition to developing a leading research program, the successful candidate is expected to pursue excellence in both undergraduate and graduate teaching and to supervise student research. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
