The Department of Pure Mathematics at the University of Waterloo invites applications for an open-rank tenure-track or tenured faculty position in any area of pure mathematics.
A Ph.D. degree and evidence of excellence in research and teaching are required. A successful applicant will be expected to maintain an active program of research, to attract and supervise graduate students, and to participate in undergraduate and graduate teaching.
Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This appointment is expected to commence on July 1, 2014.
