|The Department of Mathematics at St. George campus, University of Toronto, invites applications for a tenure-stream appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor. Candidates with research expertise in Number Theory, Geometry and their applications will be given preference; however, exceptional candidates in any field of mathematics are encouraged to apply. The expected start date of the appointment is July 1, 2014.
The University of Toronto is an international leader in mathematics research and education. The successful candidate for this position will be an active member of the Graduate Department of Mathematics at the University of Toronto. Applicants must have earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics, demonstrate excellent accomplishments and outstanding promise in research, and must show evidence of excellence in teaching.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
