The Mathematical Sciences Institute is seeking to fill two ARC funded positions at Academic Levels A (Postdoctoral Fellow) or Level B (Research Fellow). The successful applicants should have strong research interests and activities in or related to one of the following fields: Algebraic Geometry, Commutative Algebra, Representation Theory, Algebraic Topology, Algebraic K-Theory. Skills at applying the techniques of triangulated categories to these areas would be a plus.
The appointments will be for up to three years, depending on the needs of the position and funding availability. To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of outstanding mathematical research, communication skills and an impressive publication record.
