Anatole Katok Center for Dynamical Systems and Geometry Assistant Research Professor The Department of Mathematics within the Eberly College of Science is seeking a new or recent Ph.D (no more than 5 years after Ph.D. defense) with exceptional research potential and a commitment to excellence in teaching. This non-tenure track appointment is sponsored by the Anatole Katok Center for Dynamical Systems and Geometry and is a fixed term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of refunding. The position may include teaching 2-3 courses per academic year and provides a competitive salary. This research sponsored program is designed to maximize the professional development of its participants and provides a research stipend. Initial offer will be made in February 2021.
