Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics at Colgate University invites applications for 3 one-year visiting assistant professor positions beginning fall semester 2021. Completion of the Ph.D. is expected prior to, or shortly after, the date of hire.

A cover letter, CV, 3 current reference letters, a diversity statement and a teaching statement must be submitted through https://www.mathjobs.org/jobs/list/17338 . Evidence of excellence in teaching of mathematics is required. The successful candidate will, in the course of each academic year, teach five sections of our elementary courses (typically, calculus I, II, or III).
