Detailed Job Description
Rochester Institute of Technology invites applications for one or more non-tenure track full time Visiting Lecturer faculty positions starting in August 2021. Visiting Lecturers are responsible for teaching and expected to have a strong commitment to and proven ability to teach a full range of undergraduate courses, which include, but are not limited to pre-calculus, calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, probability and statistics, etc. Your professional duties will include instruction, office hours, and attending college and school faculty meetings.

Department/College Description


Required Minimum Qualifications
PhD. in mathematics, applied mathematics or statistics with one or more years of demonstrated excellence in teaching university-level mathematics and/or statistics courses in an English speaking environment

OR

MS in mathematics, applied mathematics, or statistics with 4 or more years of demonstrated excellence in teaching university-level mathematics or statistics courses in an English speaking experience.
