The Department of Mathematics within the Eberly College of Science is seeking to hire Assistant Research Professors with exceptional research potential and a commitment to excellence in teaching.

This non-tenure track appointment is sponsored by the Center for Computational Mathematics and Applications (CCMA) and is a fixed term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with good possibility of refunding. A Ph.D. is required.

The position may include teaching 2-3 courses per academic year and provides a competitive salary. This research sponsored program is designed to maximize the professional development of its participants and provides a research stipend. Initial offer will be made in Summer 2021.
