The UNT Mathematics Department invites applications for a full-time visiting lecturer position for the 2021/22 academic year. The successful candidate is expected to teach 4 courses/sections per semester during the academic year. It is expected that the successful candidate will focus on the instruction of developmental/remedial mathematics courses and co-requisite pathway courses for students not deemed college ready. Candidates must have, or expect by August 2021, a Masters degree in mathematics or a closely related field, including at least 18 semester graduate credit hours in coursework taught under a MATH or STAT prefix. Candidates must have at least two years of experience teaching developmental and/or college-level mathematics courses. Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to cover classes early mornings, days, and evenings, as needed.
