The current per diem level is up to $4,000 per month for stays of one month or more. Note: visits shorter than 30 consecutive days are not supported. Members can receive per diem support only during their dates of residency while the program is in session. Deadline: Applications must be complete, including at least two letters of reference, by December 01, 2021.
