The Department of Mathematics at Drexel University invites applications for two tenure-track assistant professorships, effective September 2022.

The faculty research areas include: combinatorics, representation theory, partial differential equations, dynamical systems, biomathematics, numerical analysis, geometry and topology, matrix and operator theory, inverse problems, and stochastic analysis. The department encourages candidates to apply who complement our excellence in these areas. Outstanding candidates in all areas will be seriously considered.

Applicants must possess a doctoral degree in mathematics, statistics, or equivalent and show a strong record and commitment to research and teaching.

Applications should include: a cover letter, curriculum vitae, at least four letters of recommendation, including one discussing teaching effectiveness, a research statement, and a teaching statement.
