Simons Collaboration Postdoctoral Scholar-Department of Mathematics Simons Collaboration Postdoctoral Scholar Department of Mathematics University of California, Berkeley Berkeley, CA 94720 The Department of Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar supervised by Professor Emeritus Nicolai Reshetikhin and Professor Constantin Teleman, as part of the Simons Collaboration on Global Categorical Symmetries. This is a joint physics and mathematics research program focused on the interplay between quantum field theory, topology, higher category theory and representation theory. The postdoctoral scholar will have the opportunity to make extended visits to other collaboration sites, to contribute to joint research activities, and to participate in collaboration workshops and summer schools.
