We are particularly interested in candidates who can support graduate students in their development as teachers and/or who can teach courses in Applied Mathematics/Data Science/Statistics.

Requirements include a Ph.D. or equivalent in mathematics or statistics, and demonstrated excellence in teaching mathematics. A completed application should contain a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a teaching statement, and at least four letters of recommendation. Three or more of the letters of recommendation should primarily deal with the candidate's teaching. The teaching statement should include a description of specific ways in which the candidate could enhance our department's teaching environment, including but not limited to: mentoring and training graduate students, research with undergraduates, scholarship of teaching and learning, development and teaching of new applied courses."
