| The Mathematics Department at the University of North Texas seeks to strengthen its group in algebra, number theory, and combinatorics with a hire at the tenure-track assistant professor level, to begin in Fall 2022. Applicants with interest in computational methods and/or algebraic combinatorics are particularly encouraged to apply.
The primary responsibilities of the position are to pursue research and teach undergraduate and graduate courses. A Ph.D. at the time of appointment is required. Preference will be given to applicants with postdoctoral training and undergraduate and/or graduate level teaching experience.
