Centre College invites applications for

one two-year full-time visiting assistant professor of mathematics, and two one-year full-time visiting assistant professors in mathematics beginning August 15, 2022. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to student-centered, inclusive teaching. Priority will be given to candidates who have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree by the start of their appointment.

The mathematics program at Centre consists of nine full-time faculty members and graduates a strong class of approximately 20 math majors each year. We pride ourselves on our effective teaching, collegial relationships with each other, and our personal relationships with students.
