Essential Functions: The responsibilities of this position include teaching twelve credit hours each semester at the level of Calculus II and below, plus curriculum development and coordination with other instructors. This position is expected to teach elementary mathematics content courses for elementary teacher candidates (two-semester sequence). Opportunities to conduct research in elementary mathematics education may be included. Required Qualifications: A terminal degree in mathematics education or closely related field, as well as either experience teaching elementary mathematics content courses or a record of research in elementary mathematics education.
