The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Claremont McKenna College (CMC) invites applications for a tenure-track position, at the assistant professor level, in Probability, Statistics, and Statistical Computing. The position will begin on July 1, 2023. The successful candidate is expected to hold a Ph.D. by the time of the appointment.

The successful applicant will teach courses in probability, statistics, computing and other courses offered by the Department of Mathematical Sciences. The teaching load is two courses per semester. The candidate must have demonstrated ability to maintain an active, high quality research program and the highest standards of excellence in teaching.
