The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) is seeking applicants for a four-year Ph.D. position in Mathematics, in the area of Partial Differential Equations and Calculus of Variations, starting February 2023.

Successful applicants will be supervised by Professor Behrouz Emami Zadeh and Dr. Daniele Garrisi of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China towards the completion of a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics.

Starting in online mode can be agreed with UNNC, depending on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the first three years, the scholarship will cover:

(1). Tuition fee (2). Monthly stipend (3). Medical insurance with designated providers.

Successful applicants are also eligible to apply for Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) and Graduate Research Assistantship (GRA).
