The Department of Mathematics of Rice University, located in Houston, Texas, invites applications for an anticipated Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position. Applicants for this position should have extremely strong research potential, and should provide evidence of success in teaching, and demonstrated ability in building diversity, equity and inclusiveness in the mathematical community. Required education is a PhD (or PhD requirements fulfilled by starting date), in Mathematics or related field. The position will entail teaching undergraduate and graduate classes and performing research in mathematics.
