The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Georgetown University (https://mathstat.georgetown.edu/) invites applications for the position of Assistant Teaching Professor to begin in August 2023. This is a full-time non-tenure track position with a three-year renewable contract. The teaching load is three undergraduate mathematics courses per semester. Additional responsibilities include mentoring undergraduate research and participating in activities that contribute to the life of the department. Candidates must have a demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduate mathematics courses. Experience with technology and instructional strategies that engage students in active learning of mathematics is desirable. Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Mathematics is required by July 31, 2023.
