Harvard University, Department of Mathematics Simons Collaboration Postdoctoral Fellowship The Department of Mathematics at Harvard University welcomes applications for a postdoctoral position supported by the Simons Collaboration on Global Categorical Symmetries, https://math.berkeley.edu/~teleman/simons/collaboration.html The Postdoctoral Fellow will conduct research in one or more of the areas supported by the Simons Collaboration, including Topological Quantum Field theories, their symmetries and boundary conditions, and applications of the cobordism hypothesis. The Fellow will be encouraged to interact and collaborate with members of the other nodes of the Simons Collaboration on Global Categorical Symmetries. This is a three-year position, with an expected start date of July 1, 2023. Priority will be given to applications received before January 2, 2023. Required qualifications: doctorate in mathematics at the time that the appointment begins, with a research background in areas related to the Simons Collaboration. Application materials required:
