| The Department of Mathematics at the University of Ljubljana is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher. The official call is published at the following link:

Candidates must have obtained a PhD in mathematics.
The duration of the position is 1 year with a possible extension. The starting date should be between July 1st and October 1st 2023.
The candidate will work on research problems in group theory and actions of groups on discrete objects (Cayley graphs, expansion, fast generation of groups). They will form a part of vivid research groups at the Department of Mathematics (http://cimm.imfm.si, https://cris.cobiss.net/ecris/si/en/project/9652).
The position may also involve a teaching load of up to 1 course per semester.
The yearly gross salary is roughly 29,000 euro. Basic social security is included. Daily meal and transport expenses are paid on top of the basic salary.
