Assistant Professorship tenure track in Analysis 100 %
We are seeking candidates with an excellent track record and
with the potential to establish an internationally leading research
group in one of the topical modern areas of analysis, including, but not
limited to, for example partial differential equations, calculus of
variations, geometric analysis, or harmonic analysis.
The successful candidate will join the Institute of Mathematics
(I-Math) and will have extensive opportunities for interaction and
collaboration with other research groups at UZH and, more generally, in
Zurich's rich and diverse research environment. They will contribute to
the teaching offered by I-Math, both with courses at the Bachelor and at
the Master level, as well as the academic self-administration of the
University.
UZH provides generous research support, including

packages. Additionally, the successful candidate is expected to acquire
external research funding. We see researchers as modern leaders who

Assistant professors tenure track are typically
evaluated for tenure after 6 years. The employment conditions for this
position follow UZH's legal regulations
