Position Description 
The Department of Mathematics seeks to fill a visiting position at the Assistant Professor level to begin in August 2023. We seek candidates with experience in teaching whose research interests enhance and complement the existing strengths of the department. Further information about the department can be found at https://math.olemiss.edu/. The teaching load is up to 3 courses per semester. A course is 3 credit hours per week, meeting 3 or 2 times per week. A PhD in Mathematics or Statistics or a closely related field is required. The appointment is for one academic year with a possibility of extension for another academic year.
