Recruitment position: 1. Talents （1） High End Talents Nankai Chair Professor: A first-class scholar and discipline construction leader in the relevant professional area, who has internationally recognized academic reputation and influence in the domain of the discipline, and has fulfilled landmark teaching and scientific research achievements A senior full professor in the world's top university (scientific research institution) or with the equivalent level

Nankai Outstanding Professor: A well-known scholar and academic leader in the relevant professional area, who has recognized academic reputation and influence in the domain of the discipline, and has obtained outstanding teaching and scientific research achievements A full professor in the world's top university (scientific research institution) or with the equivalent level

Nankai Talent Professor: The academic backbone of the relevant professional area, who has recognized academic reputation and influence in the domain of the discipline, and has made a high level of teaching and scientific research achievements An associate professor in the world's top university (scientific research institution) or with the equivalent level （2） Young Academic Leader Since the implementation in 2013, the Program of Young Academic Leaders of Nankai University Program has been cultivating high-level leading talents as important reserve forces of the university's high-end talent team. The school provides the selected teachers with relatively relaxed assessment cycle and sustainable policy support, and provides key support and training including project funding, simulated performance salary, team building, graduate student recruitment, international training programs and other aspects. Job requirements: Having obtained the doctor's degree and having reached the academic level of associate professor above of Nankai University Having an excellent research foundation and research direction based on the academic frontier with strong innovation ability and outstanding academic potential Applicants for Associate Professor position, under the age of 35; for Full Professor position, under the age of 40 (3) Full Professor Basic conditions of the position: applicants should meet the qualifications of Full Professor in Nankai University, under the age of 40.

Associate Professor Job requirements: Having received a doctor's degree (at least 2 years in full-time postdoctoral research with related research experiences) Having reached the academic level of associate professor of Nankai University Mastering a high level of foreign language (CET-6 score of 425 or above, or having a good command of foreign language in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) Under the age of 35 (the age of outstanding applicants can be appropriately relaxed) The specific requirements are in accordance with the 2023 recruitment announcement of Nankai University.

3. Postdoctoral Fellow An excellent doctoral graduate, with high academic level, and the ability to undertake national research projects, with the potential to become a full-time teacher No more than 35 years old, and within three years after graduation from the Ph.D. degree
