finished (2023/08/30, finished 2024/08/05, listed until 2024/04/07)| The National Center for Theoretical Sciences (NCTS) Mathematics Division invites applications for Postdoctoral Fellows starting appointments either in the spring or fall of 2024. The NCTS is an international research center in mathematics and theoretical physics, supported by the National Science and Technology Council of Taiwan and the National Taiwan University. It aims to be a research center of excellence and hosts many scientific activities in the form of international conferences, workshops, seminars, short courses, and summer/winter schools every year. The duration of either appointment is 1 to 2 years and is extendable up to a total of 3 years. The NCTS also provides its postdocs generous research related funds for travelling overseas to attend conferences or to visit research institutions abroad. The NCTS will consider applications from all research areas in mathematics, however, priority will be given to applicants working in a field closely related to one of the NCTS Topical Programs:
