The Department of Mathematics at the University of Notre Dame invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the areas of Algebra or Algebraic Geometry.

Applications, including a cover letter, curriculum vitae, completed AMS standard cover sheet, research statement, and teaching statement, should be filed through MathJobs (www.MathJobs.org). Applicants should also arrange for at least three letters of recommendation to be submitted through the MathJobs system. These letters should address the applicant's research accomplishments and supply evidence that the applicant has the ability to communicate well and teach effectively.
