Project

Nikodym Sets for Spheres and Related Maximal Functions

Duties

The appointee will join the research group of Professor Jongchon KIM and involve in a research project which deals with geometric maximal functions, Fourier restriction and related problems. The position has no teaching duties.

The appointment is expected to commence no later than 1 July 2024.

Requirements

A PhD degree in Mathematics with no more than 3 years’ experience after the award of a PhD degree; and strong background and research experience in harmonic analysis.

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
