Mathematics is a research-intensive Department in Western’s Faculty of Science with both undergraduate and graduate programs.  It also has a substantial service-teaching commitment to the Faculties of Science, Social Science, and Engineering.  We seek excellent faculty who share our commitment to excellence in teaching to join us in what has become known as the "Western Experience" - an opportunity to contribute to a better world through the development of new knowledge, new abilities, new connections, and new ways to make a difference.

2.     A cover letter addressing how your expertise/experience and proposed scholarship activities fit this position;

3.     An up-to-date curriculum vitae;

4.     A scholarship activities statement describing past and proposed activities;

5.     A teaching statement (maximum of 1 page);

6.     A summary of past achievements in classroom teaching, curriculum development, or other materials demonstrating excellent teaching practice (maximum 2 pages);

7.     Contact details for at least three professionals who can provide letters of support, at least one of whom can speak to the candidate’s teaching.
