VISITING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR POSITIONS, DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS, UNIVERSITY AT BUFFALO, SUNY The Department of Mathematics, University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, anticipates the appointment of three non-tenure-track visiting assistant professors, effective August 2024. These academic-year (10-month) positions are for three years without further reappointment and are intended for new or recent PhDs with outstanding potential in research and excellent teaching. The expected teaching load is one course per semester. Strong preference will be given to researchers who can work closely with one or more of our faculty members, and applicants are encouraged to specify with whom they would like to work.
