Located in the beautiful coastal city of Zhuhai, Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC) is the first full-scale cooperation in higher education between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, jointly founded by Beijing Normal University (BNU) and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). Since its first enrolment in 2005, with the aim of serving China and the world, UIC has built a new model for liberal arts education in China by tapping into traditional Chinese and Western cultural resources. Research Center for Mathematics (RCM) in BNU-UIC invites applications for multiple assistant professor positions in Applied Mathematics. The preferred areas include mathematical and computational biology, applied/stochastic PDEs, optimization, data analysis and applied analysis. Exceptional candidates will also be considered as an associate professor.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Mathematics and closely related areas. Successful candidates should have an outstanding record of research and the strong evidence of teaching ability in Mathematics.
