Position Description:    

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Boston University invites applications for a Full-Time Lecturer position in the field of Mathematics to begin in Fall 2024. Qualifications required of all applicants include a Master’s degree with a preference for a Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related discipline and a commitment to teaching excellence. This position includes a teaching load of 3 courses per semester, teaching foundational mathematics courses at the undergraduate level. Our Department is committed to building a diverse community of scholars and invites applicants not only to share their thoughts on teaching but also to indicate ways in which they may be able to contribute to the creation of an equitable and inclusive community in the Department.
