Postdoctoral Positions

The initial appointment will be for two (2) years with a possible one (1) year reappointment. Expected starting date is no later than October 2025. Generally there are no teaching obligations, but such opportunities are provided if desired by the candidates.

Moreover, you have to choose one of the HCM research areas as well as a potential local mentor from among the Bonn based professors of the HCM listed under the respective research area.  The deadline for application is

In addition, we need by the deadline at least two letters of recommendation from scientists not associated with Bonn University. 

Applicants who have not yet completed their PhD are requested to include a two page summary of their dissertation project as well as a detailed evaluation written by his/her supervisor.
