The Statistics Division at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen is seeking exceptional candidates for multiple tenured or tenure-track faculty positions across all academic ranks starting in January 2026 or later. We welcome experts in all areas of Statistics, Biostatistics, Stochastic Modelling, and Quantum Information Theory. We are looking for Ph.D. holders with strong methodological foundations who are passionate about teaching diverse student groups. Junior candidates should demonstrate strong research potential, while senior candidates should have proven high-level accomplishments in teaching and research. A highly competitive salary and generous startup package will be provided for new faculty. The Statistics Division belongs to the School of Data Science which has over 90 faculty members, many of whom have experience at top-tier universities and significant international impact in their fields.
